By issuances of Case Mangagement Order 10 (CMO 10) Judge Arnold New, presiding Judge in the Xarelto Product Litability Litigation ongoing before the Philidelhia Court of Common Pleas amened the Master and Short form complaint.


The amendments to the Master and Short Form complaints in the Xarelto Litigation paved the way for claims involving Ischemic Strokes due to an alledged lack of efficacy due to Xarelto dosing will be allowed to be brought in Xarelto Litigation onging before Judge New. Previously the court had restricted claims brought in this litigaiton to those related to bleeding events.

 

CMO 10 requires that all claims involving Ishemic Strokes filed before the issuance of CMO 10 be amended and that the newly amended Master Complaint and Short form complaint be used. New filings should also use the amended and Master Short form complaints.
